- "I think she just entered the road and the car hit her! She did a flip and now she's on her back! What should I do!?"
Woman Hit By A Car is a Call Incident in 112 Operator. This call will not trigger on its own; it will only be triggered by the First Aid event. The call spawns only a single scene, and requires both police and medical response. The call dialogue is completely predictable (no randomized responses from the caller).
The incident involves a man who had just witnessed a collision between two cars. He reports that the driver of one of the cars is badly injured. The operator must teach the man to perform basic CPR procedures in order to save the woman's life as medics rush to reach her and evacuate her to a hospital. Meanwhile, the driver of the other car remained in his own car, refusing to help; he must be arrested and taken to prison, while officers record the caller's testimony.

Trigger Conditions[]
The Woman Hit By A Car incident is a scripted incident; it cannot spawn unless specifically triggered by an Event.
In both Campaign and Freeplay modes, this incident will always occur as part of the First Aid event; and is the only incident triggered by that event. Completion of the First Aid objective, which is tied to the First Aid event, depends entirely on the results of the Woman Hit By A Car incident.
The First Aid event always happens on Duty #2 in Campaign mode, either before or after Fire In The Building. It will also happen on Duty #2 in Freeplay mode if played on Junior difficulty, but will not happen at all on other difficulty settings.
This incident cannot occur in any existing Scenarios.
Structure[]
The Woman Hit By A Car incident is a Call Incident; it begins with a phone conversation with a citizen. The call is completely predictable: it contains no randomized responses from the caller, and the outcome depends entirely on choices made by the operator; the same choices will always lead to the same results.
This incident only spawns a single scene, which becomes visible on the map if the caller is asked for their address. If the address hasn't been acquired during the conversation, the call can be traced instead, which takes approximately 450 real-time seconds (on SLOW game speed).
Call Summary[]
The Woman Hit By A Car incident begins with a man calling 112 to report that had just witnessed a serious car accident, in which a woman pulling into an intersection was hit by another car, causing it to flip over.
The operator asks the caller to check her condition, and he reports that the woman is unconscious, and is not breathing. Realizing that the woman's condition is critical, the operator convinces the caller to perform CPR. The caller doesn't know the procedure, so the operator explains how to do it. He instructs the caller to put both his hands on the woman's chest, on a line between her nipples, and then straighten his arms and push hard. He instructs the caller to continue compressions until the ambulance arrives.
Meanwhile, the driver of the other car has refused to leave his vehicle altogether. Another bystander is trying to get him out, to assist. The operator instructs the caller to tell them to stop; police will handle the driver when they arrive.
Negative Choices[]
The operator could tell the caller to be gentle when performing chest compressions; instruct the caller to perform the "Breath of Life"; or instruct them to only do a few compressions and stop. While all three choices are negative, none of them significantly affect the conversation itself - only the scene.

Incident Scene[]
This incident has only one scene. It appears on the map once either of the following conditions is met:
- The caller was asked for his current address.
- About 450 seconds of real-time have elapsed (on SLOW game speed) from the moment the conversation began.
The scene contains one medical element and two police elements.
Description[]
This scene takes place on the road, next to the woman driver's car. The woman is still inside, severely injured. The other driver is here, having finally left their car. The caller is also present.
The woman is the most urgent element. She has only 50 Hit Points when the scene first spawns, and is dying at a rate that is directly affected by the CPR instructions given to the caller.
By default, the woman is losing -0.3 Hit Points per every real-time second (on SLOW game speed) from the moment the scene spawns on the map. This gives you only 150 seconds to reach and treat her before she dies - including time spent talking to the caller! This is a very short response window, and may only be doable if a medical unit is very close-by at the time.
If one correct CPR instruction is given, the woman's bleeding rate drops to -0.2 HP/second; and if both correct instructions are given, her bleeding rate drops to only -0.1 HP/second. The latter (optimal) rate gives you about 500 seconds to save her life, which should be doable even if units weren't very close to the incident. Once the woman is treated, she must be evacuated to a hospital.
The driver of the other car must be arrested by police and taken to prison. He will not resist arrest.
The caller is a witness to the accident, and must be questioned by police.
Resolution[]
There is no time limit to reach this incident before it expires; but remember that the injured person on the scene is dying. If the caller was not properly instructed in CPR, you have less than 150 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) to reach the woman before she dies - resulting in a serious penalty.
The default reputation reward for resolving this scene is +5.
The default penalty for ignoring this scene is -5, subject to multipliers from the current difficulty setting.
Both the reward and penalty are adjusted negatively when selecting the following choices:
- PUSH SOFT: -1 points.
- REPEAT BREATHS: -2 points.
It is possible to hit both bad choices during the same conversation, severely impacting the score.
Furthermore, if the injured woman dies on the scene, both the penalty and reward and decreased by -5.
Finally, if PUSH HARD is selected, it triggers success in the First Aid Objective at the end of the Duty, which results in an additional scripted reward.
