911/112 Operator Wiki

See Unconscious Person for other versions of the same incident.

Unconscious Person is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. This uncommon incident requires only minor medical response, and has only one incident site. It can start occurring on the very first duty of any game.

The incident involves a person who has lost consciousness in a building. Medics must hurry there to provide first aid and determine whether the patient needs transport to hospital.

With the Pandemic Outbreak DLC, a large number of Unconscious Person incidents appearing one after the other is a very good indicator for the start of a COVID event, which will last 4 Duties.

Conditions to Spawn[]

This version of the Unconscious Person incident can spawn on any Duty in any game mode. Normally, it is an uncommon incident.

This incident may spawn in any district type with equal frequency. It is only half as common during the night as it is during the day.

Hot weather doubles the chance of this incident spawning, making it much more common.

This incident can only spawn in a building. Note that on some maps, buildings may appear inside parks or wilderness areas.

Concerts and Demonstrations that are insufficiently supervised can spawn this incident in their vicinity. It is uncommon in all cases compared to other incident that may spawn. With demonstrations, the chance is slightly higher when violence is about to erupt, but hasn't yet.

During a Blackout event, this incident is somewhat common during the first half of the Duty, and more common during the second half. It is also somewhat common on New Year's Eve.

With the Pandemic Outbreak DLC, on the first Duty of the COVID outbreak event, this incident suddenly becomes particularly common. A large number of Unconscious Person incidents spawning on the map is a good indicator that the event has already started.
