Free game mode allows the operator to play in cities around the world, by downloading cities in game. The game also has a "City of the Day" available for download. The game also detects your current city and prompts you to download it.
Open Street Maps provides the data for all the different cities. The developers have generally only included settlements in Open Street Maps as "cities" or "towns".
Bethlehem was released on Dec 24, 2016, through City of the Day. Three kings and a newborn may be of an interest to the operator.
