Suicide Attempt By Medicines is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. It requires firefighter and medical response, and has only one incident site. It can only occur once stage 2 of the game unlocks (in Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #4).
The incident involves a man who has swallowed a large amount of drugs in an attempt to kill himself. He is slowly dying of poisoning, and must be reached and treated by medics before he dies, then transported to hospital.
This is complicated by the presence of a locked door on the premises, blocking access to the suicidal man; it must be broken down by firefighters first.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Suicide Attempt By Medicines incident can only spawn once level 2 calls have been unlocked. In Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #4. Even then, this is a rare incident.
This incident is twice as likely to occur in Residential districts and Slums as it is to occur in any other district type.
This incident can happen on New Year's Eve, but is still one of the rarest incidents even then (no different than any other Duty).
With the Pandemic Outbreak DLC, this incident has a small likelihood to occur during the 4th Duty of the COVID pandemic when public order finally breaks down.
Resolution[]
The Suicide Attempt By Medicines incident must be reached within 2000 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail. This is almost as long as an entire Duty, giving you plenty of time. However, note that the injured man on the scene is bleeding, and will die within only 1600 seconds - still plenty of time.
The Reputation reward for resolving this incident is +4. However, if the man is allowed to die, it is reduced to -1.
The penalty for ignoring this incident is -9, which happens if the suicidal man was allowed to die before ignoring the incident. Ignoring the incident before the man dies gives a penalty of only -4. All of this is also subject to multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

Description[]
The scene takes in a building. Inside is the suicidal man, slowly dying. A locked door blocks access into the house.
The door must be tackled first. It is a tech element requiring 100 Work Seconds to resolve. Though firefighters can break through very quickly, medics might be able to do it themselves, well before the person inside expires, especially if they are equipped with Technical Tools.
Once the door is broken, the medics can attend to the suicidal man, who requires both treatment and transportation to hospital. Though mostly-healthy when the incident spawns, the man will die within 1600 seconds if not treated.

Failing to save the suicidal man's life both reduces the Reputation reward by -5 and increases the Ignore penalty by -5.
