Singer is a Generic Call Incident featured in 911 Operator. This call has a single storyline, if you can call it that: A man calls 911 and sings Stevie Wonder's 1984 song "I Just Called to Say I Love You". The operator may join in by singing lines from Lionel Richie's "Hello".
As a Generic Call, Singer may be triggered at any time during Free Play mode.
During Career play, it will only occur once.
This call allows you to win the Achievement "Order of Smile".

Plot[]
This call has only a single plotline and a single ending.
Summary[]
When the operator answers the call, the person on the other end of the line starts singing Stevie Wonder's "I Just Called to Say I Love You". At first the operator starts asking questions to try and figure out what's going on. However he quickly realizes that this is a prank call, and instead joins in by singing Lionel Richie's "Hello (Is It Me You're Looking For?)".
Eventually, the operator hangs up and ignores the call. Optionally, units could be sent to the caller's house to fine them for the prank.

- Note that getting the location of the incident requires tracing the phone call - wasting a lot of your time.
- On arrival, units will find the caller at home. He must be fined for $1,000. However, doing so will always lose you -1 Reputation.
Optimal Conversation[]
The optimal way to deal with this call is to IGNORE it as soon as the song starts playing. This will earn you +1 Reputation immediately, without wasting any time on the conversation.
However, the only thing wasted by playing the whole conversation out is time; you'll end with the same Reputation bonus for IGNORING the call after it's ended naturally - and will receive the Achievement "Order of Smile" (see below).
