Sexual Intercourse in Public is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. Generally a rare incident, it has only one scene which requires only police response. This incident can spawn at any stage of the game, including the very first Duty.
The incident involves a couple of adults engaging in sex in public, in violation of local decency laws. Police must reach them before they finish the act and disappear, and administer a small fine to both participants.
This is one of a handful of Reported Incidents in the game that can be summarily ignored without losing any points. Units should respond only if they literally have nothing better to do.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Sexual Intercourse in Public incident can spawn at any stage of the game, from the very first Duty onward. This is true for all game modes. By default, it is a very rare incident.
This incident is most likely to happen in Park districts, and least likely to happen in Industrial districts, compared to all other district types. It is twice as common during the night - but is still quite rare even then.
During Hot weather duties, the chance of this incident spawning is tripled (or quadrupled, if it's also nighttime). Cold weather, snow and rain will completely disable any chance of this incident occurring.
This incident may spawn in the vicinity of any poorly-supervised Demonstration, no matter how peaceful or violent it is, but in all cases it will spawn very rarely.
Similarly, this incident has a chance to spawn in the vicinity of a poorly-supervised Concert. It is more common here than around a Demonstration.
The incident also has an increased chance of spawning on New Year's Eve.
With The Last Duty DLC, this incident cannot spawn once the Infected have begun to appear.
Resolution[]
The Sexual Intercourse in Public incident must be reached within 450 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail. This is a very short response window, but as noted below, the penalty for allowing this incident to expire is very minimal.
The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +1.
The penalty for ignoring this incident is 0, making this one of the handful of incidents that can be ignored without wasting any time or effort.

The Sexual Intercourse in Public incident contains one scene with two police elements.
Description[]
The scene happens out in the open, where the two adults are still engaged in sexual intercourse. Each of the suspects must be fined by the police.
The size of the fine is selected at random, with an equal chance of €200, €400, or €600 from each suspect. Whichever number is selected, both suspects receive the same fine, for a maximum possible total of €1,200.
