Rape is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. This rare event can only occur during the night and during hot weather. It consists of two separate scenes, one requiring police and medical response, the other requiring only police response. It can spawn only once level-2 incidents have been unlocked (Duty 4+ in Campaign mode).
The incident involves a severe sexual assault, with the perpetrator having fled the scene in a car. Medics and police must be dispatched to the crime scene to treat the victim and collect evidence, respectively. Simultaneously, other police units must quickly hunt down the rapist, who is attempting to escape. The rapist may be armed, but isn't likely to fight; they must be arrested and taken to prison.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Rape incident can only spawn once level 2 calls have been unlocked. In Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #4.
This incident cannot normally spawn during the day at all. At night, it becomes a relatively rare incident.
Hot weather also enables this incident (though it's still rare), but on hot nights it becomes twice as common.
Other types of weather - Cold, Rain, Snow, and Wind - each decrease the spawn priority by 1 point. Two of these types of weather together are enough to prevent this incident spawning during the night.
This incident tends to spawn in Slum districts, and a little less often in Residential districts and Parks. It spawns much more rarely in Industrial and Business districts.
This incident has some chance of spawning in the vicinity of poorly-managed Concerts and violent Demonstrations, even during the day. Note that in both cases, nighttime and weather still increase or decrease that chance.
Similarly, this incident is significantly more common on New Year's Eve.
Structure[]
When this incident is spawned, two incident sites are created at the same time: The Crime Scene itself, and the Escaping Rapist Scene.
The Crime Scene is a stationary medical + police scene. The Escaping Rapist is a police-only scene that moves around on its own, requiring a chase by police units.
Note that the two scenes can spawn at some distance from one another - but always within the same district. Early on, when each district takes up a large portion of the map, this can be a very significant distance.
Crime Scene[]
This is a combined medical and police incident. Both units can work the scene simultaneously.
Description[]
This scene takes place on the street, and contains the rape victim and a police investigation element. Both can be worked immediately, by medical and police units respectively.
The victim is severely injured, but only requires treatment on location; no transport to hospital required.
The policework element is an investigation of the crime scene, which can take up to 800 Work Seconds by police. Officer equipment can't speed up the work, though officer experience does. It can be handled by multiple officers simultaneously. If you have any extra police units not involved in chasing the Rapist, you can send them here to speed up the investigation.

There is no time limit to reach this scene.
The highest reputation reward possible for resolving this scene is +2.
The maximum possible penalty for ignoring this scene (whether before or after it has been located) is -2, depending on multipliers from the current difficulty setting.
Resolving either element on this scene allows you to Ignore the scene without suffering any penalty to your Reputation. This may be useful if either police or medical units are unavailable.

Escaping Rapist Scene[]
This scene spawns simultaneously with the Crime Scene. It is a moving scene, requiring a police chase and an arrest, with a rare but possible fight.
Chase[]
This scene begins to move as soon as it spawns. Its maximum speed is 120, making it difficult to stop with Pickup Trucks or anything slower. Patrol Cars or faster vehicles are recommended.
The driver has a Police Avoidance value of 0.3, meaning that he may occasionally attempt to move in the opposite direction of any police units. This makes him easier to trap with units coming from different directions.
This scene cannot be stopped by a Speed Camera.
Description[]
The scene contains a car with the Rapist inside. The Rapist is a criminal, who requires arrest and transport to prison. Though the Rapist may be armed with a Handgun or Knife, they are highly unlikely to resist arrest, and will almost always surrender instantly if a fight does happen to break out.
