Panic Attack is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. This rare incident requires only medical response, and has only one incident site. It can spawn at any stage in the game, including the very first duty.
The incident involves a person who has suffered an overwhelming panic attack while trying to make their way through a dense crowd of people. Medics must arrive to calm the person down.
This is one of a handful of Reported Incidents in the game that can be summarily ignored without losing any points. Units should respond only if they literally have nothing better to do.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Panic Attack incident can spawn on any duty, including even the very first duty of a game. It is generally quite rare.
This incident has a reduced chance of occurring in Residential, Industrial, or Park districts.
This incident cannot normally occur at night.
A Concert with too few units providing supervision may spawn this incident in its vicinity. It is mildly common in that case, compared to any other type of incident that could spawn instead.
Similarly, a poorly-managed Demonstration may also spawn this incident in its vicinity. Peaceful Demonstrations have the highest chance of doing so, and the chance drops as the Demonstrations get progressively more violent.
Resolution[]
The Panic Attack incident must be reached within 600 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail.
The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +2.
The penalty for ignoring this incident is 0, making this one of the handful of incidents that can be ignored without wasting any time or effort.

Description[]
The scene takes place in an open space, and contains only the panicked victim, who is otherwise in good medical conditions. Medics only need to treat the victim on-site (a trivial medical job).
