- Not to be confused with the First Aid Kit, which looks very similar.
The Medical Bag is a tool in 112 Operator that can be only carried by medics, boosting their Critically Injured skill by +0.05 points. It can be placed in either the left or right tool slot (but not both), and costs €2,500 to purchase as part of a medic's gear set. It is only unlocked partway through a career, scenario, or freeplay game.
The Medical Bag provides a +0.05 Critically Injured bonus to the medic. This allows them to reduce the bleeding rate of a patient they are treating by an additional 0.05 hp/s, on top of their normal ability.
However, it is very important to note that a rookie medic already has a Critically Injured skill of 0.25 without any bonuses. Given that there are no incidents in the game where a person bleeds faster than 0.25 hp/s, this skill level is already enough to stop all known bleeding injuries in the game on its own; and that skill only improves as the medic rises in ranks. Unless there is some unknown mechanism that can make bleeding worse than -0.25 hp/s, the Medical Bag really doesn't seem to help at all, and should not be purchased.
