- For the water-based incident of the same name that is included with the Water Operations DLC, see Loud Party (Water) (112 Incident).
Loud Party is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. There are two incidents with the same name in the game; this article discusses only the land-based version.
This rare incident at daytime becomes very common at nighttime. It requires only police response, and has only one incident site. This incident can spawn at any stage of the game, including the very first Duty.
The incident involves a report of a party that has exceeded the noise levels allowed by law. Additionally, there is suspicion that drugs may be present. Police must reach the incident, fine or arrest any lawbreakers they find, and question the remaining guests. All of this could either go very quickly and smoothly, or it could take a long time to resolve - depending on random chance.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Loud Party incident can spawn at any stage of the game, from the very first Duty onward. This is true for all game modes.
This incident has a high chance to spawn in a Residential districts, and less so in Business districts. It has a reduced chance of spawning in Park districts, and even less in Industrial districts.
This incident is very rare during daytime, but is one of the more common incidents that can occur during nighttime.
This is the single most common incident that can spawn on New Year's Eve, giving police a lot of superfluous work to deal with.
A poorly-managed Concert may spawn this incident within its vicinity. It is averagely common in that case.
With the Pandemic Outbreak DLC, this incident cannot spawn at all on the fourth duty of the COVID outbreak, when civil order begins to break down.
With The Last Duty DLC, this incident will never spawn after the Infected begin to attack.
Resolution[]
The Loud Party incident must be reached within 1,000 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail. This is quite a long time, allowing units to deal with more urgent issues first.
The highest reputation reward possible for resolving this incident is only +2, despite the large amount of work it can entail.
The maximum possible penalty for ignoring this incident is -2, depending on multipliers from the current difficulty setting.
Scene Elements[]
The Loud Party incident contains one scene with multiple elements.
Description[]
The scene takes place inside a house. There are between 3 and 7 people present, one of whom is the host of the party.
The party host will usually be fined for exactly €1,000. However, in 10% of cases they must be arrested and taken to prison, instead.
Each of the party guests present has a 10% chance of being arrested, 10% chance of paying a €500 fine, and 80% chance of simply being questioned by police.
With so many elements involved, and potentially many arrests, it is best to send a unit with some carrying capacity and plenty of officers, and/or just officers with criminal processing equipment (handcuffs, Terminal, etc.). The more units you can spare, the faster you can be done with this incident and continue on to more important things.
Ignore Penalty[]
The penalty for ignoring this incident is -2 by default, which is not a terrible price to pay for avoiding all the hassle.
On the other hand, the only element that must be resolved to avoid this is the Party Host. Once the host is fined or arrested, the rest of the scene can be ignored without losing any reputation points at all.
Of course, there is no way to force police to deal with the host first; they may only get to the host last, in some cases. Furthermore, there is some chance of collecting additional fines from the other guests, which may be worth the effort. This is not to mention the +2 Reputation awarded for successfully resolving the entire scene.
As a result, you have multiple options to consider when dealing with this scene.
