Lighting Strike [sic] is a Reported Incident that is only added with the 112 Operator Facilities DLC. It can only occur during Rainy weather, when it is uncommon. It has only one scene which requires only firefighter response. This incident can only begin to spawn after Stage-2 incidents have been unlocked (in Campaign mode, that happens on Duty #4).
The incident involves a direct lightning strike on a city power grid transformer, creating a public hazard. Firefighter technical crews must reach the site and secure the transformer so that no one gets electrocuted by accident.

Conditions to Spawn[]
The Lighting Strike incident requires the Facilities DLC to be installed and active. Even then, this incident may only spawn during Rainy weather; it cannot spawn under any other conditions. When it is raining, this incident is uncommon.
This incident may only begin to spawn once Stage-2 incidents have been unlocked. In Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #4.
This incident has a an equal chance of spawning in any type of district.
Resolution[]
The Lighting Strike incident must be reached within 1,100 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail. This gives you ample time to respond - almost half a Duty.
The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +2.
The penalty for ignoring this incident is -2, depending on multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

Description[]
The scene takes place in the open, and contains only the damaged transformer itself, which is a technical element. This element takes anywhere between 600 and 1,200 Work Seconds to resolve, which is a substantial job.
