The operator treats the incident with due caution and suspicion, instructing the woman not to touch the letter; however it turns out she already did, and also gave it to her office manager. As a precaution, the operator declares a hazardous material emergency, locking down the building and sending units to decontaminate the office. By the time units get there, many of the employees at the newspaper are already ill with ricin poisoning. Fortunately, the smart and quick response saves many lives.

* On arrival, units will find multiple people inside the buildings, as well as the letter poisoned with ricin. The building is under quarantine.
  +
* Before anything else can be done, the Decontamination must be performed. This takes 250 seconds of Tech Work. Once the decontamination is done, units can begin handling the other elements in the scene. Resolving the decontamination element awards you with 3 extra Reputation points once the incident is concluded.
  +
* There are three lightly-injured people inside the building, including the caller. They require treatment by medics, but not transport to a hospital.
  +
* The office manager is already in bad shape, and is bleeding. You have a total of 120 seconds to treat him from the moment the phone conversation begins. Once treated, he requires transportation to a hospital.
  +
* The letter itself is handled by the game as though it was a "criminal", requiring "arrest" by police officers and transport to a police station. Naturally, it doesn't fight back.
  +
* If the caller is not warned away from the letter, she may be found bleeding at a rate between -0.4/s and -0.6/s, depending on the exact options selected during the call. This still gives you plenty of time to reach and treat her, but will require another person to be transported to hospital to resolve the incident.
  +
* It is possible to reach this scene without declaring a quarantine in the building by selecting very specific options. If so, the Decontamination element isn't present and doesn't block access to any of the other elements. You will also not get the large bonus points for resolving this element.
