Incident at a Construction Site is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. It requires firefighter and medical response, and has only one incident site. It can only occur once stage 3 of the game unlocks (in Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #16).

The incident involves a scaffold that has collapsed on top of up to three construction workers. The scaffold must be removed before the injured workers can be rescued and taken to hospital.

Conditions to Spawn[]

The Incident at a Construction Site can only spawn once level 3 calls have been unlocked. In Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #16. Even then, it is not very common.

This incident is very likely to spawn in an Industrial district, but much less so in any other type of district. When it does spawn, it will always spawn on a tall building, making it more common in dense urban areas by default. It never spawns during the night.

Windy conditions double the chance of this incident spawning, though it is still limited.

During the Tornado event this incident becomes the single most common event to spawn. It is one of the most common during the first half of a Blackout duty (though not on the second half), and is quite common during Earthquakes as well.

Resolution[]

The Incident at a Construction Site must be reached within 600 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail. This is a relatively short time window, making the incident somewhat urgent.

The highest reputation reward possible for resolving this incident is +5. It may differ depending on whether certain randomized elements have been added to the scene.

The maximum possible penalty for ignoring this incident is -5, depending on which randomized elements have been added to the scene, and multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

112 IncidentIcon MF Tech Scene Elements[]

This incident contains one scene with combined firefighter and medical elements.

Description[]

The scene takes place at a destroyed building. The scaffolding is a substantial tech-work element which must be resolved first, after which medics can begin to tend to the wounded.

There is always at least one wounded person on the scene, but there is a high chance of two, and a good chance of three, in total. They are all severely injured, but not bleeding. They each require transport to a hospital.

Ignore Penalty[]

Each element on the scene reduces the penalty for ignoring this incident by a given amount. If you're not afraid of a small reputation penalty, you may ignore the scene prematurely to free up your units for some other task.

The scaffold reduces the penalty by 2 points. Each injured person healed and removed from the scene reduces it by another point.
