Illegal Performances is an Incident in the 112 Operator Pandemic Outbreak DLC that is part of the COVID event, and can only spawn during Duties #3 and #4 of that event. This incident requires substantial police response, and has only one incident site.
The incident involves an entertainment event taking place in violation of COVID lockdown orders. Police must administer a hefty fine to the organizer, interrogate three performers, and collect the names and details of all ten audience-members.
This incident carries no risk of COVID infection.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Illegal Performances incident requires the Pandemic Outbreak DLC to be installed and active. The incident will not happen during normal play, until such time that the COVID event is triggered.
The incident may only spawn on the third and fourth Duties of the COVID outbreak. It is more common in the 4th duty, but still not particularly common in either.
This incident can only spawn on a building. Note that some maps feature buildings inside parks, or other wilderness areas that have little or no road access.
Resolution[]
The Illegal Party incident must be reached within 700 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail.
The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +1.
The penalty for ignoring this incident is -1, and is subject to multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

Description[]
The scene takes place inside a building, where the illegal performance is taking place. The organizer is present, as well as 3 performers and 10 audience members.
The organizer bears the ultimate responsibility for the event, and must be fined for €3,000.
Each of the performers and guests must be questioned by police. The three performers take about twice as long to question as members of the audience.
Overall, a small police unit can handle this entire incident, but it will take a very long time. It is generally better to send a couple of units just to get it done quickly.
There is no risk of officers being infected with COVID.
