Flooded Basement is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. This incident can only occur during Rainy weather, at which time it becomes quite common. It has only one scene which requires only firefighter response. This incident can spawn at any stage of the game, including the very first Duty.

The incident involves a building whose basement has been flooded by torrential rains and poor drainage. Firefighters must reach the site and pump the water out of the basement - a technical job.

Conditions to Spawn[]

The Flooded Basement incident can only spawn during Rainy weather. It may not spawn under any other conditions. During rain, it is quite a common incident.

This incident has a reduced chance to spawn in Parks districts, compared to all other district types. It also must always spawn on a building. Note that some maps feature buildings in usual places, such as parks or wilderness.

Resolution[]

The Flooded Basement incident must be reached within 750 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail. This response time is longer than normal.

The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +3.

The penalty for ignoring this incident is -1, depending on multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

Description[]

The scene takes place at a building containing nothing but the flooded basement, which is a tech element. It requires between 800 and 1,800 Work Seconds to resolve, which is a substantial amount. This could take untrained or under-equipped firefighters a long time to resolve, so it is better to send a dedicated tech crew.
