911/112 Operator Wiki

For the Objective of the same name, see First Aid (112 Objective).

First Aid is an Event in 112 Operator. It always triggers on Duty #2 of a Campaign game, and may trigger on Duty #2 of a Junior difficulty Freeplay game. It does not occur in other Freeplay difficulties, nor in Scenario mode.

The event adds the First Aid Objective, and forces the Woman Hit By A Car Call Incident to trigger on its first duty. This incident is crucial to completing the objective.

In this event, the operator is instructed by his boss to brush up on proper first aid procedures. That same Duty, a man calls to report that he has seen a woman get hit by a car. She is not breathing, so the operator must instruct the man on how to properly administer CPR while an ambulance makes its way to the scene. Doing so will complete the objective (and the event) successfully.

Effects[]

This event adds one Objective and schedules one Call Incident on its first (and only) Duty. The results of the Call Incident determine whether the objective is successful.

Objective[]

The First Aid objective is added to the player's objectives list as soon as this event begins.

This objective waits to see whether or not the player has selected the correct instructions during the Woman Hit By A Car Call Incident, which always occurs during the same Duty.

If the player tells the caller to PUSH HARD, the objective will be successfully completed at the end of the Duty. Otherwise, the objective fails.

Successfully completing this objective rewards you with €10,000 at the end of the Duty.

In Freeplay games, successfully completing this objective also rewards you with +2 Career Points.

Call Incident[]

The First Aid event triggers the Woman Hit By A Car Call Incident during its first and only duty. This is the only way for that incident to occur at all.

There is no way to predict which hour the incident will occur on. It could be the first Call of the day, the last call, or anywhere in between. However, it seems to prefer being the second call.

As explained above, one specific dialog choice made during the call - PUSH HARD - determines whether or not the event is completed successfully.

Game Types[]

This event has different trigger conditions and/or effects depending on the type of game being played.

Campaign Game[]

The First Aid event is the second event to trigger during any Campaign game. It will always occur on Duty #2.

The Pandemic Outbreak DLC does not change the timing or function of this event.

Freeplay Game[]

The First Aid event can only happen in a Freeplay game that is played on "Junior" difficulty. It will never occur at any other difficulty level.

At "Junior" difficulty, this event may trigger only on Duty #2; but as with most Freeplay events, there is no guarantee that it will trigger at all.

The First Aid event cannot be switched off when starting a new Freeplay game.

This event is flagged as "not lonely", which means it may occur concurrently with any other event that is also "not lonely".

Once a First Aid event has occurred during a Freeplay game, it cannot occur again for the duration of that game.

Scenario Game[]

There are no Scenario games that include this event.

Trivia[]

In the script for Campaign Games, the Woman Hit By A Car incident is actually triggered as part of the Revenge event, apparently to prevent scheduling conflicts with the Fire In The Building incident which happens on the same duty.
