The Field Hospital is a fire vehicle included in the 911 Operator DLC Special Resources. Uniquely, the Field Hospital provides a substantial bonus to the rate of treating injured people. However, it cannot be used to transport the injured to an actual hospital, and might not even be fast enough to respond to an incident before an Ambulance gets there.

- Medical Bonus: Firefighters traveling in a Field Hospital receive a large bonus to their medical treatment rate, allowing them to complete such tasks very quickly. They may still fight fires and solve technical issues like any other firemen, but can also double as perfunctory medics thanks to this bonus.
- Terrible Acceleration: The Field Hospital has an Acceleration value of 10, making it exceptionally slow to start moving or change directions. As a result, it can't easily search an area, and takes a while to be redirected from one incident to another.
- Mediocre Offroad Performance: The Field Hospital loses 50% of its top speed while driving on rough terrain.
- Terrible Armor: The Field Hospital has an armor value of 0.1, offering almost no protection to firefighters during fights. It has one of the lowest armor values in the game.
