Family Abuse is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. It is an uncommon incident requiring police and medical response. It can spawn from the very first duty of any game. It has only one incident site.
The incident involves a domestic violence incident, in which the suspect has attacked one of their family members. The suspect must be arrested and taken to prison, and may rarely fight back (usually unarmed). The victim also requires medical attention on site, but does not need transport to hospital.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Family Abuse incident can start spawning from the very first duty of any game.
This incident usually occurs in Slums and, to a lesser extent, in Residential districts. It has a reduced chance of spawning anywhere else. Though uncommon during the day, it has double the chance of spawning during the night.

With The Last Duty DLC, this incident will never spawn once the Infected appear.

The maximum possible penalty for ignoring this incident is -3, depending on multipliers from the current difficulty setting.
Scene Elements[]
This incident contains one scene with combined police and medical elements.
Description[]
The scene takes place inside a house. The attacker is still there with the victim, who's already been hurt.
The attacker may be armed with a knife, but is usually unarmed. They may rarely attempt to fight the police, but are very likely to surrender immediately. They must be arrested and taken to prison, though if they get injured in the fight, they would need to be treated by medics and taken to hospital instead.
The victim is only lightly injured, and requires some minor treatment. They do not need to be transported to hospital. If the attacker doesn't start a fight, medics may begin to treat the victim immediately.
