The Empty Call is an incident where either the caller could not speak due to his/her medical condition or where the caller accidentally calls 911.
The Empty call has 3 different scenarios, 2 of them don’t need any attention, while 1 does.

Most common is the Unlocked version, where you respond to a man who had somehow turned on the phone by mistake and called 911. The other version is where there will be NO response at all, and you can hear the sound of little kids chattering.

The most common variant is the accidental 911 call, where you respond to a man who had somehow turned on the phone by mistake and called 911. The other version is where there will be NO response at all, and you can hear the sound of little kids chattering.

You can ask if the caller is in trouble, 1 beep for hostage, 2 for medical. The phone will then beep 2 times. Medical services will be then required to go to the person who is paralyzed and can’t speak.
