Drunk Driver Accident is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. Though uncommon during the day, it is quite prevalent during the night. It may spawn as soon as level-2 incidents have been unlocked (on Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #4). The incident requires both police and medical response, and has only one incident site.
The incident involves a drunk driver who has crashed into another vehicle, resulting in two injuries in the other car. The drunk driver usually needs to be arrested and taken to prison, but occasionally must be fined by police instead. Both injured passengers must be treated by medics, and one must be transported to a hospital.

Traffic Jam[]
As soon as this scene is created, it begins to generate a Traffic Jam that will expand at a rate of 0.07 along every connecting street. This is fortunately a very slow rate.
The Traffic Jam will slow down all ground-based units attempting to travel through it. Smaller vehicles move faster through Traffic Jams, and airborne vehicles ignore them completely.
As soon as the scene is resolved, the Traffic Jam will begin to clear, from the center outwards.
Description[]
The scene contains two cars that have collided head-on. All three participants in the crash are outside, on the road. This includes the drunk driver and two injured passengers from the other car.

Both passengers are injured and require treatment by medics. One of them also requires transport to hospital afterwards. Neither passenger is bleeding.
