911/112 Operator Wiki

Drugs (or "Fight Drugs", "Drugsfight") is an Event in 112 Operator. It triggers on Duty #4 of a Campaign Game, and can trigger during almost any part of a Freeplay game on any difficulty. It never occurs in any Scenario game.

In this event, the city is hoping to push back on a wave of drug-related activity by addressing it with a decisive response. The operator is tasked with successfully resolving every single drug-related crime reported to 112.

The event lasts a total of 3 Duties, during which it tracks the operator's Effectiveness through the Fight Drugs objective. It also spawns a few specific drug-related Reported Incidents on each duty, to make sure the operator has drug crimes to tackle. The event ends successfully if the player responds correctly to every drug-related incident and resolves them all.

Effects[]

This event runs for a total of 3 Duties. It adds an Objective that must be fulfilled by the end of the 3rd Duty, and spawns specific Reported Incidents on each duty.

Objective[]

The Fight Drugs objective is added to the player's objectives list as soon as this event begins.

This objective tracks the player's Efficiency in the Drugs category. Efficiency is the ratio between the following values:

  1. The number of Reputation points the player has earned resolving incidents from to the "drugs" category.
  2. The maximum number of Reputation points the player could have earned for each of those incidents.

The Fight Drugs objective requires the Efficiency value for the "drugs" category to be exactly 1.0 - a 100% success rate on each and every drug-related incident. Even a single incident ignored or allowed to time out during the course of the event will cause this objective to fail.

The following Reported Incidents make up the "drugs" group. Only these incidents count towards completion of this objective:

The Fight Drags objective only tracks incidents that occurred during the course of the Drugs event. Previously-resolved drug-related incidents do not count.

In order to fulfill the objective, the player must have an Efficiency rating of 1.0 by the end of the third Duty of the event. Successfully completing the objective rewards you with €10,000.

Forced Incidents[]

The Drugs event specifically spawns one drug-related Reported Incident on each of the first two Duties, and two drug-related incidents on the 3rd and final duty.

On the first duty, the event always spawns a Drug Use In A Public Place incident.

On the second duty, the event always spawns a Drug Dealer incident.

On the third duty, the event always spawns an Drug Smuggling incident and a Drugs Overdose incident.

The forced spawning is a way to ensure that there will be at least some drug-related incidents to satisfy the objective. This is important because the routine spawning generator might not spawn any of them on its own.

Game Types[]

This event has different trigger conditions and/or effects depending on the type of game being played.

Campaign Game[]

In a Campaign game, the Drugs event always begins on Duty #4, and ends on Duty #6.

In a Campaign game, the Fight Drugs objective will only check the player's Efficiency at the end of the 3rd (final) Duty - but still calculates Efficiency based on all three Duties combined, to determine success or failure.

The Pandemic Outbreak DLC does not change the timing or behavior of this event.

Freeplay Game[]

The Drugs event may occur on any difficulty setting. At any difficulty except "Junior", it may occur on any given Duty. At "Junior" difficulty, it must wait until at least Duty #4.

In all cases, the event will run for 3 Duties.

There is no guarantee that this event will spawn at all during a given Freeplay game, but the open-ended window of opportunity means that it will eventually spawn if you keep playing.

In a Freeplay game, the Fight Drugs objective will check the player's Efficiency at the end of each Duty - failing immediately if it sees that the value has dropped below 1.0. If the event fails, any additional Reported Incidents it was supposed to spawn later on will not be spawned.

The Drugs event cannot be switched off when starting a new Freeplay game.

This event is flagged as "not lonely", which means that it may occur concurrently with any other event that is also "not lonely".

Once the event has concluded, it is allowed to occur again during the same Freeplay game. There is no hard limit on the number of times this event may occur during a single game.

Scenario Game[]

There are currently no official Scenarios in which this event will occur.

I wrote that we should focus on fighting drug crimes. I think you have missed this email. The city continues flooded with drugs.

Focus on the execution of official orders.
