911/112 Operator Wiki

Dangerous Manifestation is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. This incident may only occur as part of the VIP Transit event, and only if the VIP in question is a highly controversial figure. It is a work-intensive police incident, requiring a fast and massive response, and may occasionally result in a fight which could require medical response as well. It has only one incident site.

The incident involves a group of 6 to 10 people, belonging to two different political factions, having a fight in the street - right in the path of the VIP's motorcade. Police must break up the fight, arresting everyone involved, and removing them all to prison. The combatants are somewhat aggressive, and could start a fight with the police. Should anyone get injured, they will need medical attention and evacuation to a hospital.

Failure to resolve this incident in time will result in a delay of the motorcade's movement through the city, which reduces your Reputation reward for that event.

Conditions to Spawn[]

The Dangerous Manifestation incident cannot spawn at all during normal play; it will only ever spawn as part of the VIP Transit event. It will only spawn if the traveling VIPs are reported as "controversial"; otherwise it will not spawn at all.

Each time a VIP makes a journey through the city, the game marks out five locations along the path between the VIP's origin point and destination. One incident will spawn in each of these locations. With a "controversial" VIP en route, the chance that the Dangerous Manifestation incident will spawn at each given location is 15%. Each location is rolled independently, so the incident could potentially spawn in more than one of the five locations. Any location that doesn't pass the 15% roll will instead spawn a Secure The Crossroad incident.

This incident will always spawn on a road - specifically, on the road that the VIP will take to the summit.

Resolution[]

The Dangerous Manifestation incident must be reached within 1,200 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail. This is a very long response time, equal to half a duty, but it is deceptive. The VIP will almost always start moving before this incident is resolved, and if the motorcade reaches this incident before it is resolved, your Reputation reward for the VIP Transit event begins to decrease rapidly until the VIP is cleared to move again.

The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +10.

This incident cannot be manually ignored, and must either be resolved or allowed to expire. If the incident expires, you will lose -10 Reputation points, further subject to any multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

112 IncidentIcon P Arrest Scene Elements[]

The Riot incident contains one scene with a total of between 6 and 10 police elements. Additionally, since a fight is likely to erupt, medical units may be required.

Description[]

The scene takes place in the open. There are anywhere between 6 and 10 protesters present. Each additional protester beyond the first 6 has a 50% chance of appearing on the scene, independently of the others.

At least 3 of the protesters belong to one faction, and at least 3 belong to the other faction, so they will always start a fight with one another. This behavior can only be observed if the incident is within range of a CCTV or Spy Drone. However, they will never actually hurt one another, no matter how long it takes for police to arrive.

Once police do arrive, the fight between the protesters ends immediately; but one of the protesters may decide to attack the police. Others may then join in. The protesters are often armed, and one or more could be carrying a handgun.

Once the fight with the protesters is over (if any), each of the protesters must be arrested and taken to prison. This will require a lot of passenger space, so make sure to send large units such as Police Vans to speed things up. Any protester who was injured in the fight will need medical treatment and transport to hospital instead.

Trivia[]

In order to get the two groups to fight each other while waiting for police to arrive, each of the suspects is assigned to one of two factions: "prawilne chlopaki korwina" or "lewackie sily agaty chaber". These (very loosely) translate to "Korwin's right-wing boys" and "Agata Chaber's leftist warriors". These are allusions to two rival Polish political gangs - one extreme right, the other extreme left - and political figures identified with corresponding extremist ideologies.
