- For the Reported Incident of the same name, see Reported Incidents (911 Operator).
Collapsed House is a Scripted Call Incident featured in 911 Operator. This call has only one storyline, in which a man reports that his neighbors' house had collapsed with the family still inside.
As a Scripted Call, Collapsed House can only be triggered after the Earthquake, as part of that chain of events.
During Career play, it will only occur once in San Francisco, Duty 1.

Plot 1[]
(This call has only one possible plot-line.)
Summary[]
Following a massive earthquake, a man calls 911 and reports that his neighbors' house had just collapsed into rubble, leaving just one fragment of wall barely standing. When asked whether the family members inside when it happened, the caller reports that 4 or 5 might be in there, including the mother, grandmother, and at least two of the children.
Worried that the rescue units might not get there in time, the operator asks the caller to gather the other neighbors up and begin clearing the rubble away carefully, to try and find any trapped individuals.
By the time police, firefighters and medics arrive on the scene, a good deal of work has already been done. Three of the Collinses are found alive but severely injured, though the two children are still trapped under some rubble. Unfortunately, the grandmother had been killed in the collapse. The survivors are taken to hospital.
On Site[]
- Upon arriving at the scene, units find the caller (who requires no interaction), the collapsed house, and four of the Collinses.
- Jane Collins, the mother, can be treated by medics right away, and must be taken to a hospital.
- Police officers can simultaneously begin handling the dead body of grandmother Susan Collins. No transport is needed for her body.
- The two children are blocked behind the Collapsed House, which needs to be cleared away by firefighters first. Once that's done, medics can treat them and take them to the hospital. Note that while Linda Collins starts with almost twice as many Hit Points as Rosie, she bleeds them out three times as quickly. It's usually best to take care of her first.
- The collapsed house itself takes 200 seconds of work to clear, but it's possible to provide -1/s Tech Work just by convincing the Caller to help clear it during the initial call. Yet another -1/s Tech Work can be acquired by convincing the caller to gather up other neighbors to help. Having these -2/s of Tech Work for free is approximately like having an additional firefighter on the scene, and they will have started working before any firefighters even arrive. Technically speaking, it is possible for the neighbors to have resolved the Collapsed house element on their own before any of your units get to the scene, and still have plenty of time to save everybody.
Reputation[]
Dialog Choice | Reputation |
---|---|
(ANSWER CALL) | +6 |
Maximum possible: | 6 |
Optimal Conversation[]
There are two conversation paths in the early part of the call that lead to the same exact outcome, just through somewhat different dialog. Presented here is the path that takes the fewest lines of dialog (and thus, hopefully, the least amount of time), though the difference is negligible overall.
Choices to Avoid[]
Nothing you can choose will actively make things worse for you; however it's important not to tell the caller to WAIT FOR THE SERVICES
, as this skips the option to provide free Tech Work by the caller and neighbors. Exhaust all other conversation options instead.
