Cliff Diving Accident is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator that is only available with the Water Operations DLC. It occurs outside the water, and can be reached only by land or airborne vehicles. This uncommon incident requires only medical response, and has only one incident site. It can start occurring on the very first duty of any game.
The incident involves a person who jumped from a cliff into the water, without realizing that the water was shallow. The person has suffered severe injuries, but they can be treated on site by medics and do not require transport to hospital.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Cliff Diving Accident incident requires the Water Operations DLC to be installed and active. This incident can spawn on any Duty in any game mode. It is normally uncommon among water incidents.

These locations - assuming the map includes them at all - are found right on the shoreline; despite technically being in the Water district, they can only be reached with land or airborne vehicles.
This incident is rare during the nighttime compared to daytime, but may still occur.
This incident is more than twice as common during Hot weather. It becomes rare during Windy or Rainy weather. It cannot occur at all during Cold or Snowy weather.
