Christmas Call is a Scripted Call Incident featured in 911 Operator. This call has no story - it is just people singing "Silent Night", a Christmas carol, after which the operator is given a generous gift of Reputation points. This call also doubles as a "Developer Room": You can trace the call and send units to the incident site to find ten members of the development crew.

This is a Scripted Call, which will only be triggered under certain circumstances, which are unclear (though it appears the call can only trigger during real-world Christmas, Dec. 24/25). Whether it requires playing a specific city or game mode is unknown.

This call is essentially a Christmas gift; you will always receive Reputation points when it's over.

Normally, you'd get 3 Reputation points for sending a unit to the incident site, where you will need to question 10 of the game's developers.

You may IGNORE the call to receive 3 Reputation points.

Alternatively, if you get the entire song play (by repeatedly clicking LISTEN), and the call comes to a conclusion, press IGNORE to receive +9 Reputation points instantly.
