Childbirth is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. This uncommon incident requires only minor medical response, and has only one incident site. It can start occurring on the very first duty of any game.
The incident involves a pregnant woman who has gone into labor with no way to get to a hospital. She must be treated on site, but does not require transportation. She is in no immediate danger.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Childbirth incident can spawn on any Duty in any game mode. It is an uncommon incident.
This incident most commonly occurs in Residential districts, and may occur in Slums. It occurs much more rarely in any other district type.
During the first half of a Blackout event, this incident has an increased chance to spawn. During the second half of that duty, the chance spikes even further.
Resolution[]
The Childbirth incident must be reached within 600 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail.
The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +3.
The penalty for ignoring this incident is -3, depending on multipliers from the current difficulty setting.
