911/112 Operator Wiki

For other uses of "Car Crash", see Car Crash.

Car Crash is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. It requires firefighter and medical response, and has only one incident site. It can only occur once stage 2 of the game unlocks (in Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #4).

The incident involves a car that has swerved off the road and crashed. Two injured people are inside. The injured people must be treated and taken to hospital, but are not in danger of dying on the scene. The car must also be removed from the road to resolve a traffic jam that is slowly developing in the area.

Conditions to Spawn[]

The Car Crash incident can only spawn once level 2 calls have been unlocked. In Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #4. Under normal circumstances, this is an uncommon incident.

This incident is half as likely to occur in Business and Industrial districts compared to any other type of districts.

The incident always spawns on a road.

Snowy weather increases the frequency of this incident by a small amount - enough to make it relatively common.

The Tornado event may spawn this incident in the path of the funnel, but not very frequently.

Resolution[]

The Car Crash incident must be reached within 600 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail.

The highest reputation reward possible for resolving this incident is +2.

The maximum possible penalty for ignoring this incident is -2, subject to multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

112 IncidentIcon MF Tech Scene Elements[]

This incident contains one scene with combined firefighter and medical elements.

112 IncidentSubicon Traffic Traffic Jam[]

As soon as this scene is created, it begins to generate a Traffic Jam that will expand at a rate of 0.07 along every connecting street. This is a very slow spread rate, so it is unlikely to cause a massive jam.

The Traffic Jam will slow down all ground-based units attempting to travel through it. Smaller vehicles move faster through Traffic Jams, and airborne vehicles ignore them completely.

As soon as the scene is resolved, the Traffic Jam will begin to clear, from the center outwards.

Description[]

The scene takes place on a road. The crashed car is here, with both the driver and passenger still inside.

The driver and passenger are both heavily injured, and require quite a bit of work from medics. They must both be taken to hospital after the treatment is done. Fortunately, neither is in danger of dying on the scene.

The car itself is a technical element which must be resolved by firefighters. It takes between 600 and 1,600 Work Seconds to complete, so it is potentially quite an intensive job; it's best to send a capable crew to handle it quickly and resolve the developing traffic jam.
