Building Set On Fire By Fireworks is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. This incident cannot occur under any circumstances except on New Year's Eve, when it is somewhat common. It has one incident site and requires only firefighter response.

The incident involves a roof that has been set on fire due to mishandling of fireworks. The fire is small, but slowly spreading. Firefighters must arrive at the scene and put it out before it gets out of hand.

NOTE: Resolving this incident awards 0 Reputation points, and there is no penalty for ignoring it. In its current state, it is simply a waste of time, and should be ignored when and if it appears.

Conditions to Spawn[]

The Building Set On Fire By Fireworks incident can only spawn during the New Year's Eve Duty, where it is mildly common. It cannot spawn on any other Duty, in any conditions whatsoever.

This incident has an equal chance to spawn in any type of district, but must always spawn on a building. Note that some maps feature buildings inside Parks or other wilderness areas.

Resolution[]

The Building Set On Fire incident must be reached within 700 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail.

However, the incident script fails to define any Reputation reward or Ignore penalty for this incident. Sending units to the location is therefore a pointless waste of time in all circumstances. It is best to simply ignore this incident.

This incident contains one scene with a single firefighter element.

Description[]

The scene takes place out in the open. The only element present is a fire element, to be resolved by firefighters.

When the scene first appears on the map, the fire element requires only 40 Work Seconds to put out. However, it grows at a rate of +1 Work Second with every real-time second that passes (on SLOW game speed). The fire will likely be a bit larger by the time firefighters arrive, but most crews should be able to put it out even then without any trouble.

Again, there is no reward for this incident, and no penalty for ignoring it. Don't bother sending units.
