911/112 Operator Wiki

Broken Bone is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. A common incident, it requires only medical unit response, and has only one incident site. This incident can spawn at any stage of the game, including the very first Duty.

The incident involves a person who has broken one of the bones in their body. Medics must treat the injured person and take them to hospital.

Conditions to Spawn[]

The Broken Bone incident can spawn at any stage of the game, from the very first Duty onward. This is true for all game modes. This incident is common.

This incident has an equal chance of occurring in any type of district.

This incident is slightly more common in Cold weather or Rainy weather, and even moreso in Cold Rainy weather. It is more than twice as common as normal during Snowy weather, making it one of the most common incidents.

The Tornado event will rarely spawn this incident, especially along the path of the funnel. The Earthquake event may also cause this incident to spawn, though again, quite rarely.

This event has some chance of spawning in the vicinity of poorly-supervised Concerts and Demonstrations, though it isn't particularly high. Note, however, that it will stop spawning if the Demonstration goes fully violent.

With The Last Duty DLC, this incident is very likely to spawn during the Criminal phase.

Resolution[]

The Broken Bone incident must be reached within 600 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail.

The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +2.

The penalty for ignoring this incident is -2, and is subject on multipliers from the current difficulty setting.
