Bat in a Room is a Generic Call Incident featured in 911 Operator. This call has only one storyline, in which a female caller reports a bat flying around inside her apartment.
As a Generic Call, Bat in a Room may be triggered at any time during Free Play mode.
During Career play, it will only occur once, in Chicago.
This call can be resolved for a very small +1 Reputation, or ignored (if following a specific conversation path) for no penalty at all. Both options are described below.

Summary[]
The caller is a woman reporting that a bat has flown into her house. She is in a state of panic. The operator attempts to get her to solve the problem herself by opening a window and turning the lights off, but the woman's fear of bats gets the better of her and she is unable to follow these instructions.
The operator decides to send a firefighting unit to the woman's house to resolve the problem.
