Bank Robbery is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. It requires both police and response, and is one of the most dangerous reported incident in the game, spawning only in stage 3 of the game (Duty 9+ on Campaign mode). It has only one incident site.
The incident involves five heavily-armed criminals robbing a bank. They are practically guaranteed to fight the police, and are armed with Rifles, Handguns and/or Shotguns, making them exceptionally dangerous. React with plenty of armored police.
The criminals have injured one person, who requires treatment and hospitalization. Fortunately, he is not bleeding, but is blocked behind the criminals.
Additionally, one uninjured witness is also present, blocked behind the criminals. The witness must be questioned.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Bank Robbery incident can only spawn once level 3 calls have been unlocked. In Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #9.
This incident tends to spawn in Business districts. It has a greatly reduced chance of spawning in Industrial districts and Parks. It will never spawn during the night.
This incident can only spawn in a Bank. The locations of all banks are defined in the map data, and are not normally seen in-game. However, since they are pulled from real world maps, banks don't normally exist inside parks or in remote areas.
With the Pandemic Outbreak DLC, this incident is more likely to spawn during the fourth Duty of the outbreak.
With The Last Duty DLC, this incident is extremely likely to spawn during the criminal phase of the Last Duty scenario.
Resolution[]
The Bank Robbery incident must be reached within 600 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail.
The highest reputation reward possible for resolving this incident is +12. It may differ depending on whether certain randomized elements have been added to the scene.
The maximum possible penalty for ignoring this incident is -12, depending on multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

Description[]
The scene takes place inside a building. There will be 5 criminals inside, armed with rifles, pistols and/or shotguns. They are practically guaranteed to start a fight as soon as police arrive.
Inside the building is an injured person, blocked behind the criminals. The injured person must be treated and transported to hospital, but is not in risk of death.
There is also an uninjured witness present who must be questioned by police.
