Armed Individual is a Reported Incident in 112 Operator. This incident is included in the script files, but cannot actually occur in-game under any circumstances, since it has a "popularity" rank of 0 and nothing to modify it. It can be included into the game by modifying the game files, or potentially in a future DLC.
This incident requires only police response and has only one incident site. Had it been included in the game, it would be enabled only once stage-2 incidents were unlocked (in Campaign mode, this happens on Duty #4).
The incident involves person reported to be carrying a knife in public. Police must stop the man and administer a fine, or more rarely, arrest the suspect and take them to prison.
Conditions to Spawn[]
The Armed Individual incident cannot spawn in the game. Its popularity value, which governs frequency of spawning, is set to 0, and there is nothing in any game file that would change this value - thus it will never be picked to spawn. Currently this can only be changed by modding the game files.
According to the script, this incident could spawn only once Level-2 incidents were unlocked, which happens on Duty #4 in a Campaign game.
This incident would've had a higher chance to spawn in Park districts, and a much lower chance to spawn in Business districts, compared to all over district types.
Resolution[]
The Armed Individual incident must be reached within 600 seconds of real time (on SLOW game speed) or it will automatically fail.
The reputation reward for resolving this incident is +2.
The penalty for ignoring this incident is -2, subject to multipliers from the current difficulty setting.

Description[]
The scene contains nothing but the suspect, who is indeed carrying a knife. In 90% of cases, police must issue a fine of €1,000 to €1,500. In the remaining 10% of cases, the suspect must be arrested and taken to prison. Despite carrying a knife, the suspect will never use it to attack police.
